Monica brings extensive experience in HR and operations, having spent 18 years leading teams across diverse tech industries, from aviation software to entertainment. At Kabam, a leading mobile game publisher, Monica played a pivotal role in scaling the company from 50 to 700 employees and successfully navigating two acquisitions. Her expertise in managing rapid growth and scaling operations is matched by her academic background, which includes a Bachelor’s in Psychology, a Master’s in Leadership, and a Doctorate in Social Science with a focus on Artificial and Augmented Intelligence.
